Student Recital 2025
Our piano recital on November 16 at the beautiful St Thomas of Canterbury Church in Brentwood was a wonderful success. Every student performed at least one duet piece with Megan as well as a solo piece, showcasing their progress, confidence, and love for music.
The stunning church setting created a memorable atmosphere, and students enjoyed having photos and videos taken as they played on such a special stage. Each student also received a small gift to take home, adding an extra touch to a joyful afternoon.
I hope this recital becomes a treasured memory for all students and parents in 2025. I’m already looking forward to creating more musical moments together in future recitals!
Music Festival 2024
On 14th December 2024, Megan co-organized the London Joy of Music Festival in Hampstead, London. This event offered young musicians a chance to perform in a prestigious setting, with professional feedback from an professional pianist affiliated with the RNCM. The festival was a resounding success, featuring 37 performers on stage.
Masterclass 2024
In April 2024, Megan was invited to conduct a series of 4piano masterclasses in Harrow, welcoming 14 enthusiastic participants ranging from initial grade to diploma level. It was not only an individual piano lesson, but also a valuable opportunity for students to gain performance experience and to learn by observing their peers. The interactive atmosphere and students’ commitment made the learning both effective and inspiring. It was deeply rewarding to witness their obvious progress over the course of the masterclasses.
